love the energy!

theres one critical piece missing in my eyes... the bass! Try adding a bass to get some proper pumping action with those drums.

also, look up sidechaining! you can use it to lower the volume of your other tracks when your kick hits. that way, the drums dont have to be so loud just to be heard. like look at the visualizer above to see the difference in loudness of your drums vs everything else. sidechaining allows you to turn the drums down while still letting them be very clear in the mix. hope this helps!

Thx idk why the drums are so loud tbh

Glad you like it :)

Very well done. The bass and kick drum both do their job really well, and you have a talent for getting that thump out of them. As for the melody and chord progression, the first half comes on a bit harsh and unfiltered. I would suggest a bit more EQing on those instruments. Second half was splendid though. All I have for that part is to muffle the claps a bit more or to even replace them with something less intense for an otherwise calm and peaceful section. More specifically, 2:35 to 3:38. 4/5

Teckmo-X responds:

Thank you for taking time to review me! I'm glad you like the song. I can see what you mean about the clap ongoing 2:35. It is a peaceful calm song so there is definitely room for improvement. Thank you!

Strange...but not in a bad way. The volume does vary quite a bit however, to the point where I either can't hear well enough or have to turn it down throughout the song. Gj tho

Osclys responds:

Appreciate the feedback. You're right about the volume thing :/

Now, I am no expert, so don't take any of my points too seriously, but I agree that that reversed cymbal is a bit overused. At 1:29 the volume becomes much louder, and it is a sudden change in style. Overall, the whole thing is a bit repetitive for me, especially for a nearly 5 minute song. Not bad at all, though, and I really did like the basic melody and broken chords.

5TanLey responds:

thx for your opinions

I love the overall tune to it, I have it stuck in my head now! One constructive thing I will add, though, is that I think you should make that droning buzz in the background a little softer, and it took away from the main tune a little.

Zechnition responds:

Thanks for your review, and I'll fix it right away. =D

hmm
